Proven coriander (chopped)--- A teaspoon

Pomegranate seeds.--- A teaspoon

Baking powder --1/2 a teaspoon

Tomatoes (chopped)--2 numbers

Oil--As required for frying


Method:

First take a cup, add the minced meat and the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Then make round kebabs by hand and fry them on low heat in oil. Remember to put a slice of tomato in the middle before frying and fry the tomato side first. Serve chapli kebabs with hot bread and yogurt.

Yogurt ---3 teaspoons

Baking powder ---1 click

Green pepper (finely chopped)---5 digits

Method:

First take a chopper and grind it well by adding all the other ingredients except oil. Then grease your hands with oil to make minced balls and put them on a skewer to form a kebab. Method:

Finely chop the beef and mix it with onion, bread slices, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, green coriander, green, red pepper, hot spices, salt, turmeric and cream and knead well, then shape it into a kebab. Method:

First of all, add onion and raw papaya in the minced meat and grind it well. Now grind nutmeg and jaggery and add it to the minced meat then add egg, hot spices, curd, ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilli, crushed cardamom and salt and mix. Then shape it into a round kebab and fry it in hot oil.

Method:

In a bowl, add cumin seeds, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, chopped red chilli, celery, hot spices, coriander powder, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, mint and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Now put oil on your hands and put kebabs on the skewers. Then heat oil on a stove and put kebabs on it and cover with a lid and put it on the tail for three to four minutes. Method:

In a chopper, add fish, bread slices, ginger garlic paste, chopped red pepper, hot spices, salt and cumin powder and chop well. Clove. -----9 mg

Black paper. ----20 grams

Onion -----125 grams

Ginger ----50 grams

Dried coriander. -----10 grams

Salt ------10 grams

Cayenne pepper. ------20 grams

Yogurt and flour. ------As needed

Almonds. ------A few drops


Method:


First make the meat pieces. Then put them on a sieve and coat them and mix onion and ginger juice on them. Then grind the spices and mix a little yogurt and oil in it and steam the pieces. Put them on skewers and cook on fire and then take them off the skewers. Finely chop some onion and fry in low oil. Then mix it with oil and red chillies and add spices. Now wrap the pieces of meat and put them on the skewers again. Meanwhile, grind almonds and mix with a little milk and flour. Add this mixture to the cloves. Poppy -----1 tablespoon

Crushed hot spice. ----1 teaspoon

Nutmeg Jawtri (crushed).---1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon (crushed).    ----1/4teaspoon

Cayenne pepper . ------1 teaspoon

Salt -----According to taste

gram flour. ----------- 4 to 5 tablespoons

Green coriander (chopped). ------1/4 of a lump

coal . ------1 number

Lemon juice ------To sprinkle


Method:

In the first bowl, add the papaya paste and set aside. Now heat a little oil in a pan and add onion and cook a little. When the color starts to change, add ginger garlic paste and cook a little. Then add minced meat and fry well until all the water is dry. Then add curd, cumin, copra, poppy seeds, crushed hot spices, crushed nutmeg, jaggery, crushed red chillies, crushed cinnamon and salt and cook well.


When all the water is well dried, grind it well in a chopper with a basin. Now take it out in a bowl and make finger shaped kebabs and deep fry in oil. Red chilli powder ----2 tablespoons

Hot spice powder. ----2 teaspoons

Cumin powder -----2 teaspoons

Coriander powder. ----2 teaspoons

Proven cumin. ------1tablespoon

Oil -------1/2cup

Ginger garlic paste. ---- 1tablespoon

Crushed tomatoes ------6 digits

Turmeric . -----1 teaspoon

Kasuri methi. -----1 tablespoon

Green coriander, mint, green pepper, tomato, lemon. -----For decoration

Yellow -----1/2teaspoon

Mutton Yakhni. -----1cup

Water. -----As needed


Method:


Take rice in a pot and soak and boil. Now take the minced beef in a bowl and add two onions, ginger paste, green chillies, mint, green coriander, salt, a tablespoon of red chilli powder, a teaspoon of hot spice powder, a teaspoon of cumin powder. Add a teaspoon of coriander powder and cumin seeds, mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


Now make the prepared beef minced kebabs and fry till golden brown. Now take cooking oil (three tablespoons) in a pan and add one onion, ginger garlic paste, crushed tomatoes, salt, turmeric, one tablespoon red chilli powder, one teaspoon cumin powder, one teaspoon. Add a tablespoon of coriander powder, a teaspoon of garam masala powder, kasuri methi and prepared kebabs and fry for five to seven minutes. Now add decorations and cook.

Method:

First, fry the prepared 12 skewered kebabs. Heat cooking oil in a pan, add onion, green chillies and ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Then add yogurt, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, white chilli powder, almond powder and cream and cook for another 2 minutes, then add water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add the prepared skewer kebabs and keep it on the tail for 5 minutes. Take the delicious kebab cream handi ready, garnish with green coriander and serve.
