In the first bowl, add the papaya paste and set aside. Now heat a little oil in a pan and add onion and cook a little. When the color starts to change, add ginger garlic paste and cook a little. Method:
Take rice in a pot and soak and boil. Now take the minced beef in a bowl and add two onions, ginger paste, green chillies, mint, green coriander, salt, a tablespoon of red chilli powder, a teaspoon of hot spice powder, a teaspoon of cumin powder. Add a teaspoon of coriander powder and cumin seeds, mix and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
